About zinc

What is zinc ?
Zinc comes from a natural ore. It is entirely recyclable and has a very long life.

Where does zinc come from ?
Some years ago, zinc came from Europe. Nowadays, it is extracted in South America, in China and in Australia. The zinc we use is nevertheless rolled in Europe and comes principally from recycling.

What about food ?
Zinc is non food. In fact, on the market, you won't find bowls, plates or dishes in zinc. However, bars or worktops in zinc won't store feed and, for this reason, present no danger for health.
